Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vanika.com. If the product itself is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed on our site, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 15 days of your receipt of the original product. At our discretion, your returned defective product will either be replaced by us with a non-defective product or, returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was received by you in the last 15 days; and
  • The product isn't used; and
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us; and
  • Either a) the product itself is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed on our site.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us by email at support@vanika.com.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Items Not Received: Vanika Jewelry will provide a tracking number to customers in order for them to file a claim with the shipper for all items not received, including for partial or incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.

Liability

Vanika Jewelry is not responsible for any additional government taxes,
customs, or duty charges, and any such costs are the responsibility of
the party initiating the return. The total amount of any such charges
will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any and all claims for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages must be
made within two months (sixty days) of the order date of the package
in question.

Vanika Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in cases
where they have been tracked and confirmed delivered by their
respective carriers.

Item(s) not received

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
